The Lois Hole Memorial Garden
Great little garden right next to the Alberta Legislature Building. Lois Hole was an amazing woman, was Governor General of Alberta for a while and unfortunately passed away due to cancer during her tenure. Before that she is remembered for her philanthropy and her gardening. It’s small but appropriate and with some benches to sit on it’s a nice place to sit and enjoy some outdoor scenery and peaceful ambianceAugust 19, 2019. Back again and love this place

Pretty garden in Memorial to Lois Hole.As she was a true gardener, the gardens have many different plants and is well laid out.A nice bench to take a break in a peaceful area of the grounds.
